Chlorella algae is a unicellular algae but its small size is not related to its interesting nutritional value. Rich in protein, which is an excellent source of amino acids, vitamins such as Pantothenic Acid, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B2 and B12 and minerals such as Iron, Zinc and Phosphorus.
The Chlorella Algae is collected in clear freshwater waters, certifying the absence of polluting substances. Once harvested, its cell walls are broken, so that proteins, vitamins and minerals are more accessible.
