Milk thistle is a plant native to Mediterranean and southeastern Europe, northern Africa, and western Asia, where it grows in open ground and on roadsides. It reaches a meter in height during flowering. The heads are purple and provided with long spines.

Milk Thistle seeds contain a group of three compounds, Silibinin , Silidianin and Silicristin , which are collectively known as Silymarin . Vitamin C , Betacarotenes and Minerals (Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Selenium) are also present.

We have selected a glycerinated extract of Milk Thistle with a 1:3 ratio. This means that for each gram of extract 3 grams of plant have been used. In addition, our Milk Thistle Glycerinated Extract is titrated in Silibin 8 mg/ml , providing 24 mg per day.

Format:

50ml glass bottle.

How to use:

Take 1 ml (approximately 28 drops) diluted in water three times a day, preferably before the main meals.
