Valerian is a plant traditionally used and well known since ancient times. Its use is documented from Greece, where Hippocrates described its properties. It can be easily identified by the presence of small, pale pink flowers.
Most of its active ingredients are found in the root, where we find essential oils , valeric acid and gamma - aminobutyric acid ( GABA ). We have selected a glycerinated Valerian extract with a 1 : 3 ratio . This means that for each gram of extract 3 grams of plant have been used. Our Valerian Glycerinated Extract is titrated in Valeric Acid 0.5 mg/ml, providing 1.5 mg per day .
Format:
50 ml glass bottle.
How to use:
Take 1 ml (approximately 28 drops) diluted in water three times a day, preferably before the main meals.
