Omega 3 is a polyunsaturated fatty acid, a substance that the body cannot synthesize and it is necessary to incorporate it with the diet.
It is present in fish (generally oily fish) and in some vegetable seeds such as flax, chia or nuts. There are 6 types of Omega 3 fatty acids, all of which are based on alpha linolenic acid (LNA).
Of these six, Eicosapentanoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) gain importance. Drasanvi Omega 3 pearls provide 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA per pearl.
Thanks to their EPA and DHA content, Drasanvi's Omega 3 pearls contribute to the proper functioning of the heart.
How to use: Consume 1 pearl a day, preferably with food.
