It contains silymarin which refers to the extract from the seeds of the Silybum marianum plant, also known as "milk thistle". During the Middle Ages the seed of the milk thistle was commonly used to help liver diseases.

The active ingredients in milk thistle are chemicals called flavonoids . The flavonoids present in milk thistle are silybin , silidianin and silicristin , and they are extremely valuable substances that actively help the liver function and protect it from the destructive action of different toxins , drugs , medicines or alcohol .

How to use:

As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily.

Hola soy vigetariano qusiera saber que tipo de grasa tiene sylimarin de 60 capsulas no dejan claro si el tipo de grada vegetal o a animal en los ingradientes?????

Es cierto que no concreta que tipo de grasa es pero al ser ingredientes específicos de plantas, interpreto que la grasa que viene es la propia de origen vegetal.
