If you take the 226ers Endurance Fuel Bar energy bar during training or competition, we recommend consuming 1 bar every approximate hour of exercise, always depending on the level of demand.

• 226ers Energy Gel: For efforts longer than one hour, mix one 226ers Energy Gel with one 226ers Endurance Fuel bar approximately every hour. You can alternate the gels with and without caffeine depending on your tolerance to them. The amounts vary according to the level of demand.
• 226ers Salts Electrolytes: Take 1 capsule of 226ers Salts Electrolytes 30 minutes before exercise and repeat every hour of exercise. In intense heat conditions, you can take up to two capsules per hour of exercise.
