Product information Victory BCAA 2:1:1 120 Caps. Maximum recovery effect. Leucine: Isoleucine: Valine in a 2:1:1 Ratio

What is Victory BCAA 2:1:1 Ratio?

Victory BCAA 2:1:1 Ratio 120 capsules - Maximum Recovery Effect is a food supplement that provides a 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs to achieve greater muscle protection.

BCAAs contain three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine.

Since the body cannot synthesize them, it is essential to provide them through the diet. Its importance within muscle recovery processes is very high as they stimulate protein synthesis after training.

Numerous studies have shown a greater anabolic effect and greater effectiveness of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio (leucine:isoleucine:valine), which is why Victory has formulated this product by combining these three amino acids following this ratio (2:1: 1) to provide you with the maximum of BCAAs per dose with the greatest possible effectiveness.

Among the functions that BCAAs develop in our body we can highlight:

• Muscle recovery: Branched chain amino acids play an essential role in muscle regeneration processes. They stimulate protein synthesis after training and prevent muscle catabolism.

• Energy : They act as an energy substrate during exercise.

• Control central fatigue: The increase in the "free tryptophan /BCAAs " ratio causes an increase in cerebral serotonin levels, which have a direct effect on the central nervous system (fatigue appearance) decreasing performance.

We can therefore conclude that:

• Supplementation with BCAAs before training will delay fatigue and obtain an energy substrate that is complementary to muscle glycogen stores. It also stimulates the preservation of lean mass.

• Supplementation with BCAAs after training is essential to promote muscle regeneration processes and achieve optimal recovery.

The intensity of your workouts must be balanced with a correct diet, and Victory's BCAAs will complete your training to be able to maintain the rhythm day after day and thus achieve the desired results.
