Designed for endurance athletes Energy Gel recharges the energy lost during an energetic exercise with macronutrients of low and high complexity: triCARB and MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides). How to use:

Use a service of Energy Gel every 30-45 minutes, several times during resistance exercise.
