How to use:

Athletics/Cycling - Take up to 1 sachet of Extreme Gel GoldNutrition® per hour of training or competition.

Swimming - take 1 sachet before training or competition, or between series. Drink at least 200 ml of water for each sachet of Extreme Gel GoldNutrition® . Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
