Victory Endurance has developed this new product, MAGNESIUM GEL PLUS , based on Magnesium in gel form, which will allow you to take this important mineral quickly and easily during physical exercise.

It not only provides Magnesium , since it is combined with an adequate dose of Potassium to increase its effectiveness. Recommended for all types of athletes , especially for long-distance athletes, since their magnesium levels can decrease due to the great physical wear and tear required by these disciplines.

What are they and how do their studied ingredients work?

- Magnesium (Mg): It is essential for muscle function. It participates, along with Calcium, in the contraction/relaxation mechanisms (calcium promotes them and magnesium inhibits them). According to EFSA, this mineral is essential for many functions: it is especially related to neuromuscular transmission processes (normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function), electrolyte balance, energy release (normal energy metabolism) and contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the normal functioning of muscles, protein synthesis, the process of cell division, etc. In athletes, the physical exhaustion produced by intense exercise can lead to muscle cramps, which can increase with the loss of potassium and other mineral salts (electrolytes).
