During exercise, we get our energy from our muscle glycogen stores. These reserves should be renewed by an adequate energy intake throughout the exercise.

Due to lack of a correct intake (inadequate energy drink,...) glycogen is depleted. Then, the BCAAs or branched chain amino acids (valine, leucine, isoleucine) serve to supply a second source of relief energy .

A lack of BCAAs can reduce energy reserves and, consequently, their performance. In the long term, it leads to a loss of muscle strength. Overstims' BCAAs speed up recovery and facilitate the chain of physical exercises.

How to use:

Take 3 pills with each of the 3 main meals for 15 to 20 days. Renewable several times a year.
