L-glutamine: contains L-glutamine , which is the most abundant amino acid in the muscles. Without a sufficient supply of this amino acid, muscle regeneration and growth is not possible.
BCAA's: contains BCAA's , branched chain amino acids that increase protein synthesis and decrease fiber destruction, includes L-Leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine.
