Known as the anti-aging fruit , Goji Berries are an excellent source of antioxidants , vitamins A and C , amino acids , potassium , iron , zinc , and much more. Goji berries ( Lycium barbarum L. ) grow in the vast region of the Himalayan mountains and are known for their benefits in Far Eastern medicine.
They are usually eaten raw, but they can also be infused, added to soups, or taken as an extract.

Take 25 g. up to date. It can be taken alone or mixed with yogurt, cereals, infusions, cookies, etc.
