How to use:
Take a daily sachet dissolved in water at room temperature for 14 days, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or at the last minute before going to bed. Let the contents of the sachet dissolved in water rest for 1 minute before eating, in order to allow the reactivation of the bacteria and facilitate their subsequent fixation on the intestinal walls. Once taken, do not eat any food for 10 minutes.
