Shipping to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands FREE shipping on orders over €59 *except for those products with a high weight, which even exceeding this amount WILL have shipping costs, which will be €10 and will be indicated in the cart. Orders with an amount less than €49 will have shipping costs of €5.50 applied. Orders will be served within 2-3 days anywhere in our peninsular geography.

RETURNS

RETURN GUARANTEES: Any exchange or return must be previously requested from Trideporte through Bulevip, along with the reasons for the request, within 30 days following receipt of the merchandise. Once we receive this message, we will proceed to process the return. The method will be as follows: - We will contact the customer to inform them of the acceptance of the return and the delivery address that must be clearly indicated on the packaging. - You must send us the product within 15 days from the date you received it in the original packaging. Outside of this period we cannot accept returns. The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer, both for the first delivery and for the subsequent return. The shipment will be made by the client through their usual agency. Trideporte will refund the money once it has received the product and verified that it is new, unused, with its original packaging and in perfect condition; Throughout the entire process we will maintain informative contacts.
