What are energy gels?

How to take energy gels?

When to take energy bars?

    • Before exercise : If you prefer, you can take an energy bar half an hour before exercise to ensure that you begin exercise with optimal glycogen levels.
    • As a snack : If you need to carb-load prior to a competition, or are immersed in nutrition for weight gain, you can have an energy bar as a snack at any time of the day.
