Life Pro Nutrition Endurance Energy Gel is a multi-ingredient gel intended to be consumed during training and competitions in endurance sports and intermittent dynamics in order to maintain or improve performance. It is formulated with two sources of carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose, 2:1 ratio) and sodium chloride, among other ingredients.
