How is Astenolit different from Astenolit-dinamic?
The main difference between these two products is in their composition.
Both Astenolit and Astenolit-dinamic contain L
- carnitine, inositol and vitamins B1, B6 and B12.
In Astenolit we add two amino acids, L-glutamine and L-aspartic acid; instead, to Astenolit-dinamic we add eleutherococcus, rhodiola, magnesium and zinc. There are two products, with two specific and different formulas, for people with different lifestyles. It is recommended to take one a day, preferably in the morning (with the breakfast), for 12 days
