Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs in vertebrates. Approximately 95% of the body's creatine is found in skeletal muscle. These cells can store more creatine than is normally obtained from the daily diet and synthesized by the body. By taking dietary creatine supplements, the muscles retain more creatine. A minimum daily intake of 3g of creatine has been scientifically shown to improve physical performance in successive bouts of short, high-intensity exercises such as interval cardio and weight training*. How to use
Take 3 capsules 2 times a day of the "slow load" creatine capsules on an empty stomach. Take them preferably before and after physical exercise with plenty of fluids and simple carbohydrates.
