How to use:

Mix the contents of the box (400 g) with 250 ml of water to obtain a creamy mass. Preheat the oven (180 - 200°C, gas oven 4-5) and bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Eat 1/3 to 1/2 cake about 1 hour before physical activity.

Ideal for breakfast and lunch between two competitions that take place on the same day.
