Biotona Sprouted Buckwheat Seed 300g

Biotona Buckwheat Buckwheat is produced from sprouted seeds of Fagopyrum esculentum.

Also called black wheat, while it is not a cereal in the botanical sense of the term but it is due to its use. After thorough washing, the peeled buckwheat seeds germinate for 1 or 2 days under fully controlled conditions.

After germination they dry in 24 hours at a maximum temperature of 42°C.

This procedure guarantees the highest quality and the conservation of nutrients and enzymes, in comparison with the usual industrial treatments where the seeds are subjected to temperatures that can reach 100ºC. Thanks to Bio cultivation and this form of treatment, Biotona Germinated Buckwheat it is a healthy, crunchy product with a slightly sugary taste. This product is recommended as it is perfect for breakfast, alone or combined with other superfoods, mixed in a muesli, to sprinkle on your pastries, fruit salads and Pudding or as is, with a powerful and invigorating flavour.
