Privileges in Shopping or Privicompras is an online shopping club that will help you save on your purchases online. Up to €300 per month, always obtaining a minimum 10% cashback on all purchases you make through the club, accessing with your username and password.

Privicompras has more than €500 attached eCommerce, from all categories and sectors. It is completely independent from Bulevip, but it is offered to Bulevip customers with advantageous conditions.

In order to enjoy all the advantages that Privicompras offers you, it is necessary to subscribe, completing a registration form and, from the moment of your registration, you will be able to take advantage of all its advantages:

• 10% minimum cashback when making your purchases in any of the more than 500 online stores that can be found within the club. You can save buying fashion, technology, leisure, and much more.

• A Welcome Voucher, which Privicompras gives you when you sign up, if you make a new purchase at Bulevip in your first 90 days of subscription and send Privicompras the confirmation email of your order.

• A €15 Loyalty Voucher, each month, if you make an online purchase at Bulevip and send proof of your order to Privicompras.

What is the Welcome Voucher and how can I request it?

The Welcome Voucher is the first advantage that Privicompras offers you when you sign up. It is a refund voucher with which you can recover part of the amount of your next purchase at Bulevip. Request it from Privicompras in a simple way by following the steps indicated below:

1. If you are already a member of Privicompras, make a new purchase at Bulevip within 90 days of your registration date.
2. Send the purchase confirmation email to valedebienvenida@privilegiosencompras.es indicating your personal data (name, surname and customer number) so that Privicompras Customer Service can locate you.
3. With this simple procedure, in a few days, you will receive the amount of the Welcome Voucher directly in your bank account. Do not forget to register your full IBAN in your Privicompras customer area.

What is the Loyalty Voucher and how is it used?

It is another of the advantages that you can enjoy as a member of Privicompras, to save when buying at Bulevip. It is a €15 refund voucher that you can redeem each month for your first online purchase at Bulevip. Do you want to redeem your €15 Loyalty Voucher? Please read carefully:

1. Buy at the Bulevip online store and send your confirmation email to valedefidelidad@privilegiosencompras.es, along with your personal data (name, surname, and customer number), so that Privicompras Customer Service can locate your profile customer in your database.
2. In a few days you will receive your €15 in your bank account and, thanks to the advantages of Privicompras, you will already have saved on your purchase at Bulevip.

Can I use my Loyalty and Welcome vouchers in another online store that is not Bulevip?

Can the Loyalty Voucher and the Welcome Voucher be used at the same time?

Of course! Both vouchers can be accumulated over time. You can request your Welcome Voucher and one of your Loyalty vouchers in the same month, but you must exchange them for different online purchases at Bulevip.

How can I unsubscribe from Privicompras?

You can request your withdrawal from the club at any time as Privicompras has no commitment to permanence. You can use any of the following ways:

A) Enter the Purchasing Privileges web page with your username and password, the same one you established in the registration form when you registered. In the "My Account" menu, click on "Profile" and in the "Subscription Management" section you will find the option to cancel your subscription. Your withdrawal from the club will be processed immediately and your accumulated refunds will be deposited in the bank account that you have registered in your customer space.
B) Call 900878710 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and request your withdrawal. Remember that the call is free from landlines in Spain.
C) Send your unsubscription request by email to atencionalcliente@privilegiosencompras.es. Their Customer Service Department will carry out the process in less than 48 hours and they will give you an answer by email confirming the cancellation.
D) Send a letter with your request to cancel Privileges in Shopping by postal mail to Privileges in Shopping, Apartado de Correos 14596, 28080 Madrid.

Remember that once you cancel your account you will no longer be able to save by buying online!
