Shipments to the Peninsula: - €6.49 € shipping costs (+€1.00 additional for second item) for all orders Shipping is not made to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

RETURNS

The customer must send the merchandise to be returned exclusively by a courier service that provides a tracking code to track the shipment, which must be communicated to us at the time of shipment. Shipments must be insured for the full value of the product in case of loss or damage during transportation. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All materials must be returned unused and in their original packaging and with all accessories originally supplied. We will not refund orders for products found to be in use after our verification. As we have several goods storage locations in Europe, you are welcome to ask us which address to send the products to. Subsequently, within three days of receipt, a refund will be applied for the product purchased through the BULEVIP marketplace. We do not reimburse the costs incurred to send the product to its destination because the shipping service is a service completely unrelated to our organization. According to the provisions of the law (2011/83/EU), sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have been opened after delivery, such as, for example, headphones, earphones, intimate items with internal application.
