When making an NT360 purchase, the user is assisted by the right to withdraw from said purchase within a period of 30 calendar days without the need for justification. This withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day on which the user or a third party authorized by the user acquired material possession of the purchased goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify their decision through Bulevip customer service. The user must express clearly and unequivocally that he or she intends to withdraw from the purchase contract. The user may use the withdrawal form model that NUTRITION&TRAINING 360, SL. makes available to you as an annex to these Conditions. In case of withdrawal, NUTRITION&TRAINING 360, SL., will reimburse the user for all payments received, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs chosen by the user for a shipping method other than the least expensive mode offered by nt360 ) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which NUTRITION&TRAINING 360, SL. is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. This disbursement will not generate any additional cost to the user. However, NUTRITION&TRAINING 360, SL., could withhold said refund until the product has been received, or until the user presents proof of their return, depending on which condition occurs first.
