RETURNS

Customers have the right to return their order 30 days from receipt of the order. The order must be in perfect condition (unopened) and with its original labeling! Returns will not be accepted for products on sale or whose price has been reduced. The customer must inform about the return and its reason through the message thread through the platform. Return costs may vary, depending on the evaluation of the returns department. Client will be informed of possible expenses. The return will be effective after receiving the products in perfect condition and the evaluation of the corresponding department, a maximum period of 72 hours after receipt.
