FREE SHIPPING on orders over €20. Otherwise there are €3.95 shipping costs for Spain including the Balearic Islands. Options include: MRW and Correos Express. 24/72 hours after the order is placed.

RETURNS

The user is responsible for correctly indicating the shipping address of the order. If the address is indicated incorrectly, Protella ® will try to contact the user and resolve the error, but declines all responsibility derived from these errors on the part of the user. The delivery time, which in any case will be indicative, will be indicated at the time of placing the order. Protella ® is not responsible for any delay due to reasons beyond its control. In the case of a product shortage or error, the user must inform our customer service team (online@protella.com) and they will give them the option of keeping the wrong product and refunding the order money for the inconvenience.

Our products are made traditionally in our own factory, Panacella Factory is located in Vilafranca del Penedés (Spain) and everything is packaged in a Special Employment Center where we collaborate to help people with disabilities. The Panacella Factory is a traditional factory specialized in the production of chocolate in its different forms and modalities: spreads, snacks, toppings... We believe in the production of healthy, incredibly tasty and exquisite products that go beyond the flavor and taste, our goal is to awaken emotions in people. HOW DID PROTELLA START? The Protella® brand was born in 2017 in response to market demand for chocolate products made in a sustainable way and suitable for those people concerned about healthy eating habits. After months of research with one of the most expert chocolatiers in Spain, we developed a line of products with very distinguished flavors and quality. Before Protella, the common market thinking was: Delicious + Sweet + Texture = Unhealthy Food. Our mission is to make products that are: Delicious + Gourmet + Sweet + Great Texture = Compatible with a healthy diet.
