RETURNS

The buyer has the right to withdraw from any purchase during a period of 30 days from the delivery date. If the product has been sent correctly, shipping costs will be refunded, but the buyer will bear the return costs, which will amount to €7. In order to return a product, it must be returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered. It must include the original box and packaging if present and cannot under any circumstances be open or partially used. If so, Dynamix reserves the right to reject the refund in whole or in part.
