RETURNS In accordance with current legislation, HEROOJ will reimburse you the price of the Product and the commission expenses, within a period of (14) calendar days following receipt of the merchandise by the Client. To do this, the conditions set out on this conditions page must be met. HEROOJ will use the same payment methods that you would have used for the initial transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed. In any case, the refund of the price will not entail the obligation to pay any fee or commission. The Buyer must bear the direct costs of returning said Products and will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation. The transportation costs incurred for the return will be your responsibility. Collection costs on the peninsula amount to 4.90 euros and in the Balearic Islands to 6.90 euros.
