RETURNS

Reeva Europe product exchanges and returns are not available in Sprinter stores.

To process the return of the item, you must access your Personal Area on the Sprinter website, entering the order you wish to return, and mark the "Contact" option. You can also follow step by step on how to proceed, through this link: RETURN REQUEST

REEVA EUROPE RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns will be accepted during the first 30 days from the date of delivery of the order by the transport company. The right of withdrawal will not apply outside of this period.
In case of promotion, please review the exchange and return conditions of the same.
Once the return is requested from Reeva Europe, it must be previously accepted. The products to be returned can never be returned without the consent of Reeva Europe.

If the return is accepted, the credit will be made to the card used to pay for the order, within a period of approximately 72 hours.

Return
If you wish to return a package, you can follow the following steps: Send an email to support@reevafitness.com with your order number and the product you wish to exchange. Send the return receipt as an attachment. We ensure that the desired size of the product is sent to your address.

Defective Item
When you receive a defective product, please follow these steps: Send an email to support@reevafitness.com with your order number and the product that is defective. We will ensure that a new product is sent to your address.

Changes
If you wish to exchange a package, you can follow these steps: Send an email to support@reevafitness.com with your order number and the product you wish to exchange. Attach proof of return. We will ensure that the desired size of the product is sent to your address.
