RETURNS

Are you not satisfied with the product you received or does it not fit? You can exchange or return your Gorilla Wear items up to 30 days after placing your order. On this page you can register your return or exchange. The return and exchange process: 1. Register your return or exchange on this page. 2. We will review your return or exchange request and send you further instructions within 3 business days. 3. When you receive instructions to return your order, take the package to a post office. Please note that the cost of return is your responsibility. 4. Once your return has arrived at our Returns Department, we will inspect the items. 5. 5. We will process your return and refund your money or exchange your order (this takes approximately 2-5 business days). General Conditions of Sale Shipping costs for returned items are at your expense, but we will refund any shipping costs incurred for damaged or incorrectly delivered products. The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a courier service that insures it. After 30 days from placing the order, the right to return or exchange items expires. Orders placed at one of our distributors cannot be returned or exchanged at Gorilla Wear. They may have different return conditions and policies. Therefore, always register your return or exchange in the web store or in the store where you placed your order. Of course, you can try on the merchandise first for size, but do not remove the tag or wash the item under any circumstances. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Also, please note that if a package has been returned in which one or more items show signs of deodorant stains or smell like cologne/perfume, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange. During discounts or other special events, different return conditions may apply. Some items, such as masks, underwear and socks, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you have returned an order that you paid for with a gift card, you will receive a new code from us. When you register your return, mention that you paid with a gift card. Our Customer Service will contact you.
