ZERO Sugar Sparkling White Wine.
PURE The Winery sparkling white wine is a zero sugar wine with 10.5% alcohol, made from the Pinot and Chardonnay grape varieties in Piedmont, Northern Italy.
PURE wines are vegan. An achievement to be able to certify that their wines have been made totally free of products of animal origin. The low sulfite content is the result of natural winemaking, since the absence of sugars requires a lower sulfite level for antioxidant purposes.
The grapes are cared for throughout the year so that at harvest the balance between maturity and acidity is found. After collecting and selecting those that are in better condition, the must is extracted. A small part is cleaned and placed in tanks at 0 degrees. The rest begins a slow fermentation process at a controlled temperature to obtain a smooth wine. During the second phase, the wine is placed in pressure tanks, the must that had separated is added and, thanks to special yeasts, the second fermentation is activated. After this process, the wine reaches its olfactory richness, the residual sugar is completely converted into alcohol.
