In 1978, Ahimsa was born by the hand of a vegetarian couple, Juan and Teresa, passionate about the environment, non-violence, yoga and caring for animals.

A BIO product is defined as an organic product that was produced in an environment in which "it does not use fertilizers and fertilizers, pesticides, transgenics, or synthetic hormones" (FAO, 2014).

TOFU and SEITAN
Foods that come from soybeans and wheat respectively. They are in charge of providing all the proteins we need.
Tofu is a functional and nutritious food, in a 350 g presentation, it is intended to be easy to consume and access, aimed especially at adults concerned about taking care of their health and/or aware of the benefits that this product contains (Sanchez et al. , 2017).
WHOLE GRAINS
Rice, millet, quinoa, buckwheat, oats... they provide us with good quality carbohydrates to be able to release the necessary energy throughout the day.
