RETURNS

A refund will be made due to a defect, defect or receipt of an incorrect product. In these cases, QLABPRODUCTS will assume the withdrawal of the item at no cost to the User, and will proceed to return it in conformity conditions. WITHDRAWAL: What does the right of withdrawal consist of? In accordance with the provisions of Spanish legislation, the User has the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which they may return the product received if they verify that it does not meet their expectations within a period of 14 calendar days from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, received the order. In the event that in the same order the consumer has purchased multiple goods that have been delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, received the last of those goods. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Based on the provisions of article 103 of the Consolidated Text of the Law on the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal cannot be requested with respect to the following products: - Products that do not allow their return due for hygienic or health protection reasons if you have unsealed them after delivery (for example, cosmetic products, masks, etc.) or if they were, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other Products. - Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery. - Products that may deteriorate (for example, food or perishable products subject to cold chain, expiration date), except in some cases of supplementation and food that do allow return, as long as their expiration date is greater than 30 days. - Products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized. - Loose accessories that complement other main base products. - Products that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods. - Items identified as gifts, for example, those sent free of charge or at no cost to the User. - Digital content that is not provided on a material medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal. Requirements for returns due to withdrawal: The User may exercise their right of withdrawal as long as the product retains all its accessories, cases, boxes, guarantees, certificates, original documentation, security seals, etc. In the event that the product is not returned in its original packaging, the good may suffer depreciation, in cases where said packaging constitutes an accessory associated with the product. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal: The price of the product, initial shipping costs, and, where applicable, commission costs for the payment method will be refunded, no later than fourteen (14) days following the day on which the product is received. The same payment methods used for the initial transaction will be used, unless another method is expressly agreed. In any case, the refund of the price will not entail the obligation to pay any fee or commission. The refund of the price may be withheld until the items returned by the User have been received or until we are provided with proof of having returned the items, whichever comes first. The buyer must bear the direct costs of returning said items, and will be responsible for the decrease in value of the returned products due to the manipulation of the items (except when such manipulation was necessary to ascertain and verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the Products).
