Return policy The withdrawal period granted to the consumer in the purchase of goods, as defined by law, is fourteen (14) business days, from the date of receipt of the order. The Customer who wishes to return a Product may only do so to the address communicated by the Seller - in no case to a physical store. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed by the consumer and cannot be returned for the following reasons - hygiene and health protection (underwear, swimsuits, intimate products) - software protection ( software, video games) Return shipping costs are: - borne by the seller for items weighing less than 20 kg. - at the customer's expense for items weighing more than 20 kg and when the sum of the length, width and height of the item exceeds 180 cm. The refund will be activated once the conformity of the product has been checked in our partners' warehouses.
