WHAT IS INFISPORT ND4® CROSS UP?

Infisport ND4® CROSS UP is a semi-liquid gel with a comprehensive ergogenic concept combined with carbohydrates in a 2:1 Glucose:Fructose, BCAA 8:1:1 ratio, L-Glutamine, Magnesium and Sodium. Components necessary to maximize and optimize your results both during training and in competitions.

CARBOHYDRATE MATRIX

A carbohydrate matrix in a 2:1 glucose vs. fructose ratio, which facilitates its absorption by not saturating the transporters at the cellular level, allowing a higher oxidation per unit of time*, even with adequate digestive training, assimilating 120g/h **. Each sachet provides 30 grams of carbohydrates, facilitating different combinations to reach 60, 90 and 120g/h.

BRANCHED CHAIN ​​AMINO ACIDS (BCAAs)

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 8:1:1 ratio, achieving an extra supply of L-leucine (Kyowa Quality®). In addition, it incorporates L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) as it is an amino acid widely consumed by the body during prolonged, high-intensity efforts.

SODIUM

HOW TO USE
