Micellar casein is a premium, slow-release protein from milk. Thanks to an ultra-fine filtration process at low temperatures, the final ingredient retains its qualities and nutritional characteristics, unlike acid casein or caseinates.
The stomach slowly absorbs micellar casein, allowing the muscles to receive a stepped supply of amino acids over a long period of time. For this reason, micellar casein is the ideal protein supplement to take between meals and at bedtime. While we sleep, the body is deprived of nutrients, since it is unlikely that we consume food. However, since micellar casein provides a constant supply of protein, your body prevents the destruction of muscle mass overnight.
Micellar casein has an excellent amino acid profile and an especially high level of branched chain amino acids ( BCAAs ). It is also extremely low in fat and is a great source of calcium.

How to use:
Add 200 to 300 ml of water or milk to our shaker (the less liquid you add, the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1.5 large MP scoops (30g), shake and drink. Take it just before going to sleep to achieve optimal results, although you can also consume it between meals, 2 to 3 times a day or depending on your needs. The scoop is not included.

Nutritional information is for the unscented version. If you choose a flavored version the protein content will be reduced by 3% for most flavors. For the chocolate aromas the protein content will reduce by 8% because of the high cocoa content.
