SIS GO Hydro contains precise levels of sodium and other electrolytes to hydrate you during intense exercise. Provides 75 mg of caffeine each tablet.

Simply drop one tablet into your water bottle for effective calorie-free hydration before and during exercise.

How to use:

Mix one tablet in 500 ml of water and allow it to dissolve. Once prepared take within 24 hours.
