L-Arginine is an essential amino acid in stressful situations and a precursor to the formation of nitric oxide: it helps to cause relaxation of blood vessels and is involved in the processes of transport, storage and excretion of nitrogen 1 .
There are several scientific studies that explain the benefits of supplementation with L-Arginine.
