What is COLLAGEN UC-II COMPLEX 30 vcaps ?

Type II collagen, or undenatured collagen, is the main component present in cartilage. UC-II® Complex GoldNutrition® is a formula specially designed to promote the replacement of joint collagen, recovering the integrity and mobility of the joints. The ingredient UC-II is a proprietary form of non-denatured type II collagen extracted from chicken cartilage, which has been shown to have positive effects on cartilage recovery with as little as 40mg daily dosage.

How to use

Take 1 capsule a day, with water before bed. This product can be taken consecutively, safely, for periods of 4 to 6 months, with the recommended minimum intake being 4 months and the maximum being 24 months.
