What is Vitobest PALATINOSA 2 kg ?

Palatinose (or isomaltulose) is a disaccharide carbohydrate, composed of glucose and fructose, similar to sucrose and linked by an enzymatic link. Palatinose , from Vitobest® , has the Palatinosa guarantee and quality: it is 100% vegan, kosher, halal and non-transgenic.
