The base powder does not contain white wheat flour, and the ingredients are rice flour, almond flour, banana seed husk powder, and flaxseed powder, all of which are gluten-free.

To make a loaf: Place 200g of the powdered mix in a bowl, add 175g of lukewarm water and mix well with a mixing paddle. Then, with completely moistened hands, shape it into a loaf. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, brush with a thin layer of cooking oil, then grease the top of the dough as desired. Preheat oven to 200°C and bake for 35-40 minutes, or 45-50 minutes for bottom-up baking. If you use a silicone baking pan, the baking time can be increased to 5-10 minutes. Once cold, cut into slices. After preparation, eat within 2 days.
