Gluten-free and lactose-free homemade biscuit mix with added fiber and hydrolyzed protein, rice flour, oat flour and erythritol.
BioTechUSA Sponge Cake Baking Mix is a gluten-free and lactose-free flour mix to easily make sponge cake batter at home. The ingredients in the baking mix are rice flour and oat flour, and we have increased the dietary fiber content with the addition of bamboo fiber. It contains hydrolyzed protein as added protein, and we use erythritol for a pleasantly sweet taste, so it's not only lactose and gluten free, but also free of added sugars.

How to use:
Ingredients for a sponge cake: 200g flour mix, 50ml water, 3 size M eggs, a pinch of salt.
Separate the 3 M size eggs, beat the whites by hand or with a mixer after adding a pinch of salt. Mix the yolks with 50 ml of water. Beat the yolks with half of the flour mixture, then gently add half of the beaten whites, being careful not to break the foam. Then add the other half of the flour mixture and finally the rest of the egg whites as well. Take the prepared dough and place it in a 20 cm mold lined with baking paper or silicone and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (150°C for a fan oven) for about 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
