INFISPORT ND3 INFORMATION

Infisport ND3® combines carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose: fructose ratio with BCAA amino acids (100% ajinomoto co.) in a 8:1:1 ratio, l-glutamine (kyowa quality®), magnesium and vitamins .

During prolonged efforts, glycogen stores stored in the liver and muscles suffer a progressive decline as the activity goes on, being used for energy production. Continued consumption causes a fatigue effect and consequently, a decrease in sports performance.

Numerous scientific papers show that taking from 30 g to 90 g of carbohydrates/hour during exercise helps to reduce the effect of fatigue and improve physical performance.

Infisport ND3® has a carbohydrate matrix in a 2:1 glucose vs. fructose ratio, using multiple transporters for a higher oxidation of carbohydrates per unit of time, thus achieving a greater energy intake compared to other combinations. Each service provides 55 grams of carbohydrates, obtaining solutions of high energy value with a very low sodium content , ideal for athletes with cardiovascular problems .

HOW TO USE

Dissolve 4 measures (60 g) for every 500 ml of water. Shake well before use. Drink small sips during training sessions and competitions that last longer than 60 minutes. It is recommended to consume between 60 g and 120 g per day depending on the intensity and duration of the effort.
