Mixture of flours for baking gluten-free bread, with added fiber, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

Although millet, oat and flaxseed flours carry their own dietary fiber content, to achieve truly high dietary fiber bread, bamboo fiber and plantain bran have been added to this bread mix. Also, the ingredients include sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

How to use:
To make a loaf of bread add 3.5g of instant yeast to 250g of the flour mixture and make the dough with 300g of lukewarm water, then let it rest in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. Then, form a loaf of about 17 by 10 cm on a dry surface, make 3 or 4 deep incisions on the surface of the dough, moisten it with a little water, place the loaf on a baking tray covered with baking paper and put it in a preheated oven at 190 degrees. Baking time: 70 minutes at 190 degrees with bottom and top baking, or 50 minutes at 190 degrees if you have a convection oven. Let the bread rest at room temperature. Once cool, cut it into slices and store it tightly closed, in a cool, dry place.

Millet flour, bamboo fiber 11%, psyllium seed husk powder (from Plantago ovata seed) 11%, oatmeal , husked sunflower seeds 5.1%, husked pumpkin seeds 5.1%, salt , golden flaxseed meal.
Manufactured in a factory that produces foods containing milk, eggs, soybeans, peanuts, celery, shellfish, sulfur dioxide, and tree nuts.
