What is Victory Endurance Mg B6 - Magnesium + Vitamin B6?

Victory Endurance MgB6 is a product of Magnesium and Vitamin B6, combined in the appropriate doses for greater effectiveness.

Recommended for all types of athletes, both strength and endurance, especially in the latter, since magnesium levels can decrease in them due to the great physical wear and tear required by these disciplines.

Its ingredients act as follows:

- Magnesium (Mg)

It is essential for muscle function, since it acts as a cofactor for many cellular enzymes. It participates, along with Calcium, in the muscle contraction/relaxation mechanisms and in blood coagulation (calcium promotes them and magnesium inhibits them). Mg supplementation becomes fundamental in athletes in general and in long-distance athletes in particular, because they lose more Mg through sweating and physical exhaustion, which can lead to muscle cramps; that increase with the loss of Potassium and the rest of mineral salts (electrolytes). In addition, MgB6 capsules are made with Magnesium Citrate, this form has been shown to be the one with the highest absorption and assimilation for muscles*.

- Vitamin B6

It interferes with the metabolism of proteins and fatty acids since it is part of various enzymes, it also interferes with the formation of hemoglobin and myoglobin, thus increasing aerobic resistance.
