Amylopectin is a complex carbohydrate derived from starch formed by glucose units, high molecular weight, low osmolarity and passes quickly through the stomach, is quickly digested. It provides easily digestible and quickly available energy, maintains reserve blood glucose levels, delaying the onset of fatigue, preventing hypoglycemia and providing greater performance.
