Infisport ND4 Long Distance is an isotonic energy drink specifically formulated and designed to provide energy, hydration and reduce muscle damage during demanding long-term sports (>2.5 hours).
The main international Sports Medicine Organizations recommend that hydroelectric replacement drinks should contain a sodium concentration of between 460 and 1,150 mg per liter. ND4 Long Distance contains Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium and a sodium concentration of 1,000 mg/litre.
The ratio of glucose: fructose 2:1 facilitates the assimilation of higher amounts of carbohydrates per hour. Per serving, it provides 2 g of BCAAs in a 8:1:1 ratio (100% Ajinomoto Co.) and 1 g of L-Glutamine (Kyowa Quality®).
In addition, it contains magnesium and vitamin C, which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C, B1, B2 and B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism. It also incorporates selenium that protects cells against oxidative damage.
