It is mainly composed of COLNATUR® hydrolyzed collagen protein (natural, highly assimilable and pure) enriched with magnesium, manganese, zinc, and vitamins B and C.

It is a natural contribution of BCAA's (valine, leucine and isoleucine), arginine and glycine, highly appreciated amino acids in sports nutrition. In addition, it also naturally provides the specific amino acids of the collagen protein.
