GreenDay® Probio Daily is a food supplement made up of probiotics and prebiotics presented in vegetable capsules.

The prebiotic part is made up of 6 strains of beneficial bacteria and 750 million Colony Forming Units (CFU) to help support a positive balance of microflora in the intestines.
Certain situations of stress, illness with the intake of antibiotics can lead to a greater colonization of bacteria that impair the balance of the intestinal flora.

Thanks to probiotics (living microorganisms that remain active in the intestine) administered in adequate amounts, we improve the functioning and balance of our intestinal flora, favoring the proper functioning of our digestive system. They also help prevent food allergies, strengthen our defenses, improve the absorption of nutrients.

GreenDay™ Probio DAILY contains (among others) DE111™ , a strain of Bacillus subtilis, a probiotic spore that supports digestive and immune health. DE111™ has the ability to form spores that protect microbes under harsh conditions until they enter an environment ripe for germination, such as the gastrointestinal tract.

The prebiotic part of GreenDay™ Probio DAILY serves as food for the probiotics. Prebiotics are compounds that the body cannot digest, but which have a physiological effect in the intestine by selectively stimulating the growth and activity of probiotics (beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacterium and lactobacillus). They are a form of fibrous carbohydrates, present in some foods that, although our digestive system cannot digest them, ferment in the gastrointestinal tract and use them as "food" by probiotics (beneficial intestinal bacteria).

GreenDay™ Probio DAILY uses inulin and fructooligosaccharides (also known as FOS) which are the two most well-known and studied types of prebiotics.
