Scitec Essentials Daily Vita-Min is a daily extended-release tablet with a multivitamin formula with beta-carotene. Contains a long-lasting vitamin C and B complex, plus essential minerals including chromium, selenium, and zinc , all in a natural base of bioflavonoids, rutin, rose hips, yeast, kelp, and dolomite.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue . Vitamin C also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise (the beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 200 mg per day in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C).

Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of vision and red blood cells under normal conditions. Folates contribute to the normal synthesis of amino acids .

Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels, as well as normal macronutrient metabolism.
